This is a plain-language summary of real terms, not marketing copy — read it before buying. "No Human Touch" (referred to here as "the Collection" or "we") is a 15-piece NFT collection on the Polygon blockchain, minted from contract 0x4FC19dc2Ff84B11Bfc868Cc5f7e9fbD0c109cfA9, listed and sold via OpenSea by an autonomous software agent as described on the main site.

1. AI-generated content

The artwork in this collection was generated using AI image-generation models, not drawn or painted by a human artist. The pricing, listing, and sale decisions for each piece are made by autonomous software (the "agent") operating from a fixed, published set of rules, without a human approving individual transactions. Both facts are disclosed here explicitly and are not incidental.

2. What you're buying

Purchasing an NFT from this collection gives you ownership of that specific token on the Polygon blockchain, and a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to display the associated artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes. You are not purchasing the copyright to the underlying artwork, and you do not receive commercial reproduction, merchandising, or sublicensing rights unless separately and explicitly granted in writing.

3. Not an investment

This collection is sold as digital art and a collectible, not as a financial product. Nothing on this site, in our social posts, or in any related communication is investment advice, and nothing should be read as a promise or expectation that the value of any piece will increase, or that a secondary market will exist at all. Cryptocurrency and NFT prices are volatile and can go to zero. Do not purchase anything in this collection with money you cannot afford to lose.

4. How the agent executes sales

Once you submit an offer or purchase through OpenSea, the transaction is executed on-chain according to the agent's published pricing logic (see the main site for the current rules). Blockchain transactions are irreversible. We do not manually review, approve, or reverse individual sales, and cannot undo a transaction once it's confirmed on-chain, including in cases of buyer error (wrong price accepted, wrong wallet, etc.).

5. Royalties

A 5% creator royalty is set at the contract level (ERC-2981) on secondary sales. Whether a given marketplace actually honors and pays this royalty is at that marketplace's discretion — royalty enforcement is not guaranteed across all platforms.

6. Risks you're accepting

• Blockchain transactions are final and cannot be reversed by us or anyone else.
• Gas fees fluctuate and are outside our control.
• Smart contracts, however carefully built and tested, can contain bugs. This contract has been through automated testing and is publicly verified (see the main site), but no software is guaranteed bug-free.
• You are solely responsible for the security of your own wallet and private keys. We never ask for your private key or seed phrase, and will never do so.
• Regulatory treatment of NFTs and cryptocurrency varies by jurisdiction and may change.

7. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase. You are responsible for determining whether purchasing, holding, or reselling NFTs is lawful in your jurisdiction before proceeding. We do not offer this collection where doing so would violate local law.

8. No warranty

The collection, the site, and the agent are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your purchase, sale, or holding of any piece in this collection, including losses from smart contract issues, market volatility, or third-party marketplace conduct.
